Companies often hear that ethics can serve as a differentiator, competitive advantage, and
performance enhancer, and V. Ann Hailey, Independent Director and Chair of Audit Committee, Realogy, added that organizations need to effectively align and embed ethics into their daily operations. “If you don’t demonstrate ethics to employees you won’t be able to get the talent that you need to run your organization,” Hailey said during a CEO panel at our 2016 Global Ethics Summit.
